Trump Sues Truth Social Company Co-Founders to Zero Them Out​


Donald Trump has sued two co-founders of his newly public Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., claiming they set the company up improperly and shouldn’t get any stock in it.

In the latest legal skirmish over who gets how much of the hot but flailing meme stock, Trump alleges that Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss violated an agreement about the setup and don’t deserve their 8.6% stake, currently valued at $606 million. -snip




While Litinsky and Moss are suing to have their six month freeze lifted so they can sell their shares of Trump Media before it's worth nothing, as it continues to plummet.

The company’s DJT S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission includes the potential sale of up to 114,750,000 shares held by the former president. -snip

It has begun, Trump and friends are trying to sell off their shares, add another offering, while Trump keeps telling his morons that the drop is fake news and that they should keep buying shares. Don't say I didn't warn you, Trumpers.

One of the seven jurors seated in Trump's first criminal trial has been let go today, she expressed fears of being identified. Trump's jury intimidation and looming threats of violence from Trumpers are unfortunately working.
