SAME OPINION!!! I wouldn't put those on my Gen II even if you paid me! THe wheels are dark, the car is dark, it gives it a "semi" murdered out look! Don't get me wrong, not murdered out like it would be with black wheels but these wheels are 70% black. The pictures don't do the wheels justice! The car REALLY looks mean with these wheels! A HUGE step up from the former Cobras (YES, I SAID STEP UP!) My Cobra's need to be re-chromed!

looks good man, you need 1/4 inch spacers on the front though, i wish i took pics of mine without mine in, wheels are inside the well a little too much, mine looks bad with no spacers, i am not huge on the fact that i have them, but it looks 1000 times better with them, but they do look real good on your car, will that thing make it up here or what?

That's the one thing I can't get used to. My Cobra's are damn wide! THose wheels would scrape up against the upper control arm (It's why I removed them) but damn did they look so nice up front. They were flush up against the fender when it would slam!

Yes Jamie, it is road worthy! The car only needs minor things! Look back on my threads. I've stopped all the work on my 97 to attend to this car JUST for Palm Harbor! X-Pipe done 3 weeks ago, IAC replaced 2 weeks ago, TPS replaced last week (still giving me sh!t but much better), wheels swapped this past weekend, only thing pending now is the driver's side LSC headlamp. I MUST come across one by April 16th! The car needs other maintenance things done but I'm pressed for time!

CE is NOT for sale! I will post more pictures of the CE in the next week or so. I'm working until 7:30pm ever day so time is something I don't have any of right now! I will take both cars to the park soon to take pictures of them!

Yep, my Mk8 was once a "Panther Edition" Mark! The idiot that owned the car before had it painted around the emblem, otherwise I would've taken it off!

Boys! Please, no more pissing contest. I can name a sh!t load of bad things about both Gens! My personal opinion is that the 2nd Gen was indeed an improvement. However not enough to continue selling the car! End of story!

Agreed! The car looks very mean in person! The black/polished combo really did it for the car! Damn, now I want to clean it again!
