Sniper Tune & Anti-Theft

HELP HELP MY LOAD IS LOW!!!!

I can't seem to figure out why the LOAD (VE) is low on my 98 Mark VIII. I thought my MAF was out of spec so I swapped it to another stock one and the load went up into the 85-90% range which was good at first. But now it is only 70-80% at WOT. The incoming air is good at 860 lb/sec at 7000rpm and the car runs very well. The MAF voltage was 4.3 at WOT when I first swapped the MAF and now it's at 3.9-4.2 at WOT. I'm using a non oiled Amsoil conical filter. The car has a new SVT Focus fuel pump. Any ideas?

Wow, I don't come to this place for a few hours and I come back to find at least 10 posts personally attacking me, and not to mention stalking me on the sniper forums... WTF?? Get a life bro... First of all i'm not the type of person to talk :q:q:q:q behind the keyboard. If you wouldn't go off on me like that in person you probably shouldn't do it behind the computer screen because it's hella lame! Anyways, back to tech discussion... I wasn't trying to compare your stock with a tune gen 2 to my 98 because it's obviously gonna be slower. I was comparing your time to my time of 14.62 at 97mph when I only had an "off the shelf chip" and mufflers. What's the point of your PRP when my canned tune chipped 2nd gen ran faster. I understand every car is different but it still makes you think twice about dropping that much money into the PRP.

You think my 98 LSC is slow? I ran that time in my sig hitting the top speed limiter before I hit the traps and my launch was no better than with stock gears and open diff because the track prep was :q:q:q:q that night. Trust me it's a lot faster than what my sig says now that I have my new tune. Also, who are you to tell me I don't know :q:q:q:q about tuning or modding Mark VIII's? I was running 13's in a bolt on Mark VIII back in 2005 and my 98 is about to be in the 13's next week once my Toyo drag radials come in on Saturday. To my knowledge you have yet to crack the 13's ever. So do everyone on here a favor, take a chill pill and STFU. You and I are not the same, you're the kinda guy who will hit the brakes on a bracket run to make sure you don't break out and advance to the next round and I'm the guy who will be WOT the whole time cause i'm going for the best et/mph every single time. Oh and next time you put gears in a Mark VIII put some real gears in, 3.73's are for 5.0's!

Nah, my 10.97 run at 118MPH at Houston Raceway Park in 1993 wasn't a 13 second pass..nope it wasn't.

I was running much faster, before you grew hair on your nuts "boy wonder".

That's right, I don't care about bracket racing in my Mark VIII. If I did I would run an automatic 17 second Honda Civic. And Tommy, I was referring to you not breaking into the 13's in a MARK VIII, not some dragster. But if you want to talk about other cars I have gone faster than the time you listed as well. Not quicker, just faster, as in MPH. And btw I know for a fact you would keep your mouth shut around me in person you old fart. Like I said it's easy to run your mouth behind your keyboard.

I could see that he has anger problems lol... I just don't see what his problem is with me? I never said your cars are slow, I just said that I have run better times in a basically stock gen 2 with an off the shelf chip than you guys have managed to do so far with the SCT PRP. He claims I don't know sh*t about tuning yet he hasn't posted anything about tuning these cars to help out the Mark VIII community?? If he's so smart about tuning help us all run faster! I was the first person to my knowledge to run the Sniper tuning on the Mark VIII and I have helped everyone that has bought it with tuning and misc issues that they have been having...
 
Tommy has helped out more people with tuning stuff than you know... he has helped me ton with the learning curve of the PRP package...

Honestly though until you buy the software there is nothing Tommy could say that would even make sense to anyone here.... I mean most people on this site don't know anything about tuning.... and unless they want to learn and are willing to spend the $$'s on the software nobody will be able to teach them....

You run your car out in time trials and race to win, I don't care if its a honda or hotrod.

I run to get the best ET/MPH out of my car, I don't really care about winning a trophy. All though don't get me wrong I can cut a light and go round for round with the best of them, and when there is money involved than I will try to win.
 
This Saturday Summit ET Drags at Infienon Raceway... I'm running sportsman class... top 3 win money. Not sure what car I will be racing, hopefully not mY 98 LSC... I might have to run the stock 96 Mark VIII although with no trac-loc it's not as consistant as I would like. I wish I still had my ex gf's 06 Jetta, that car was a beast for bracket drags. I got all the way into the finals in a field of like 80-100 cars. I was trying to be too agressive and redlit like -.003 !
