This too. Google knows all. If you want to start leaving less of a fingerprint on the 'net, you'll have to start using addons like 'Disconnect' and 'Ghostery'

I use adblock+ also and never see the ads in that location. I only use Firefox but IE should have it too.

Have not seen an ad in years, well the internally coded right into the page ones of course but none other. A script I've been running as userContent.css in the chrome directory of my Firefox install since 2004 does the job. Not mine, Niel Jenkins wrote it. I don't think they even had plugins then.

It's testament to the sheer laziness of the ad scammers that my ancient script still works just fine.
