i have the Hot Wheels rims with two bolt patterns. i'm trying to figure out if the other bolt pattern would be the same as a cobras. i was hoping this way i could keep the rims and swap the brakes. what year cobra brake fit the mark viii

Dunno, they seem a lil small for a Mark...

have you measured the bolt patterns on the wheels? One thing that you could try is to go to a junkyard and either take the wheel in and try it on a mustang, or buy a junk hub and see if it fits.

You know you can use the cobra brakes with the Mark VIII hubs? You just need the rotors redrilled.

I don't remember offhand. Measure your current studs and see what gets you 4.25". Then use that same logic on the other holes and see if it's 4.5"

i don't know fellas it looks awfully close i think i might be able to get away with out having to get different rims or redrill the rotors

I have an idea. Get out a tape measure or vernier calipers and measure.

as stated above, a quick google search with give you more than enough information, but if you are too lazy to do it yourself, I went ahead and took the liberty of doing it for you.

or you could do it the hard way and find someone with a mustang, crown vic, mark vii, f150, basically anything ford with the same bolt patters as the cobra (5x4.5) and test fit them.

94-04 cobra brakes will work. I would recommend newer ones as they will more than likely be in better shape and not rebuilt/bored. good luck
