 is there any way to raise your factory air suspension? i seen a way you can lower it but i was wondering was there any way you can raise the factory air suspension higher than the normal ride height on a 97 mark:confused:

jus wondering, im tryin to learn every thing about these cars & i seen a thread on lowering the factory air suspension & was jus wondering could it be raised also

the ball joint prevents bigger rims. 20's is as high as id go. heard someone had 22s with a tire wall like 1/4 thick.

If you want to lift your car take some 2X4's cut them to length of the gap between the upper and lower controll arm with the suspension at hight ( take a jack and raise the car as high as it will go). Stick the 2X4's between the upper and lower controll arms. BAM! You have a raised mark.

Adjust the sensors. However, that'll only get you an additional 1/2". If you need more height for 26" or larger DUB wheels, you might want to consider installing straight axles.

This is within the sensors range.

I would not recommend doing this, and I would definitely recommend that you never drive it like this. Lots of stress on the bags and suspension in general.

The car looks nice lifted. It kind of gives the car the muscle car look.

You should do that ed. Been thinking about doing it too. I also haul stuff with my mark and I think it would pull better that way.
