Quick daig??? wiggle at high speeds!

The car I've been working on has a wiggle in the steering wheel at highway speeds. The tires are new and freshly balanced, did a rotation and still wiggle. two questions

1. What do you think it is, I dont have the car infront of me but I'm thinking control arm.

2. Who has the best parts cheap and quick (i.e. you can get moog T-bird uppers at autozone for cheap....)
 
Mine had new tires put on and a fresh balance also and at 40 to 60, I had the steering wheel wiggle, plus vibration at higher speeds.

Turns out, it was all because of outer hammer on lead weights that had been put on and one had fallen off. Had wiggle when it was on there.

Took it to a different place and had inner stick on weights put on and now it's balanced out and I have ZERO wiggle at any speed and no vibrations at HWY speeds.

The place that done me right was Wal Mart believe it or not. For around $30 I got free lifetime balance and rotation and road hazard warranty. That was for everything. I didn't buy my tires there either.

I had the same issue it could be a bunch of things. Even though you had a balance, they could have balanced them incorrectly. Alignment. Worn out bushings like strut rod bushings etc.
 
Check your rotors too. If they were overheated and warped a little then it will throw balence off. I realize you rotated the wheels but you may have bent wheels. I have a shake from 50-60 but perfectly smooth at any other speed. They showed me on the balence machine that two of my wheels have a very slight bend on them. I need to take them to the shop in Dallas and have them straightened.

Other then that you may have bad struts. If they are weak then they wont dampen and at certain speeds your tire will bounce cause the strut cant hold it down.
Loose ball joints could also cause it as can a bad alignment.
 
U would have to look at what bad maybe just need some grease in some ball joints.
 
If you wanted to buy tbird uca but still have air struts it could be possible to cut n reweld the mount bracket from the old uca to the tbird uca
