True, but I would be a lot more daring with things...kind of like when you said to drop the K-member for the ds valve cover. I wouldn't have thought twice if it was on a lift, but I'm just not confident with it on stands (especially since my parking area is on a major slant).
But you are right, I need to get the book and start reading![]()
Very true. I have air tools but find myself not using them very often and I will tackle anything short of machining cause I dont have the tools for it. Would be WONDERFULL to have a lift but it wont allow me to do anything my jack and jackstands wont do as far as repairs go.That's no excuse. A lift and air just makes things easier, it doesn't make you smarter.
Get a factory shop manual and start reading.![]()
Counselor, you were never advised to "drop the K-member", you were advised to remove the lower motor mount bolt to facilitate jacking up one side of the engine. You are assuming facts not in evidence. :shifty:

What type of games? And have you tried a SVT focus pump yet?
Looks like fun! Classic arcade games are always fun. If I ever have the room I've always wanted an Afterburner arcade game....the one where you sit in it and it rotates. That and Operation Wolf. Classic games.
I just got into the gun hobby too, but funds have kept me from expanding my collection (we bought a Ruger 9mm a few months ago).
To bad you didn't live closer we have a lot in common (when we're not bickering at each other)HAHAHA
The SVT pump seems to work good. Switch all the internals from the SVT pump over to the stock basket. DLF will be able to better explain it. That's the one thing I actually did myself on the car when Jamie had it. Jamie soldered the wires, but I changed everything over on it.
