Have a job interview Thursday, but can swing down after.

Want a 3GS? Had a guy offer me cash and a 3GS for my nitrous...can do it and sell it to ya if you want.

The Tarantula was made by Soundstream. It was a 2000w mono block sub amp.
Its sister amp was the DaVinci and that amp was for the highs and center channels.

Once upon a time Soundstream made spectacular amps.

That's why my searches came up blank! I've been searching for that sucker for years! I love that amp. It's just freaking bad ass as was the Da Vinci...

Yeah, was a neat amp. I only installed 3 of them but was impressed every time. They make 2000 watts no matter what the load. They do a sub sweep when they fire up and reconfigure the power stage to match the load.
The DaVinci was just so damn clean too.

Shortly after they made an amp called the Human Reign and the first one sold for $99,000.

a pioneer d3 i foung on cl here in charlotte... now i have never installed one of those either whats the best way to do a trim ring for that deck??

I am particular to Pioneer, but most name brand units will be the same height, width, and lenght. After you remove the wood trim, and remove your factory radio, you have to remove the the bar that the factory radio slides on, You have the move the air bag sensor from the clip, and move it to the side or further back.

Then you see where the leather overlaps over the top of the dash, were it glued down? that is your trim line. You have to cut that much out of the front. This is where your skills with a dremel tool will come in. Dont cut past where the leather meets the dash, but just to it. Then keep test fitting the cage until you have a nice snug fit.

End result will be a nice pretty nav unit all nice and bright.

On the F700BT series, the maps are pre-loaded on the unit. The older Pioneers like the Z series are pre-loaded. Older units like the D series you need to have a DVD software.

the 700bt series u cant watch movies right?

The 700BT series have a CD slot, and the 900BT series have a DVD player. The work around is the Ipod adapter that plugs into the back of the unit. I have a 60gig Ipod, and I just download movies to it, and I am able to watch movies.
