Awesome cant wait to hear how it sounds. I want to do this so bad.

Do you have to remove the engine to replace the headers?

and the bypass of the brake check valves, were in drivers side fender, apparantly they are just a place to make it easier to replace lines. i left room so if i wanted to put back the valves, i could.

no but you have to drop the k member and jack up the motor. ive done headers in countless vehicles, never seen anything like these. but i definitely feel the difference especially over 3000rpm. i still have 3.27 and love to drive 90-100 everywhere which ihave to stop. but the 4.10 will put me where i need to be.

Looks good can't wait to completely replace my exhaust, but gonna run cobra or Mach 1 manifolds cannot justify buying kooks

passenger side works, but youll have issues with driverside, steering arm,etc even the kooks fit perfect, but just clear everything by the smallest of margins, i took a couple of closer pics, just havent uploaded yet

I know about drivers side there is a thread on the steering joint mod required to fit cobra, Mach 1 manifolds

I envy anyone that can do that. I hate to pay nearly 900 for the kooks but I do not have the tools much less the skills to convert those manifolds to the marks.

Just curious. Why two x-pipes:confused:

Easy way to get twice as much money from people!! lol. :p

You should have had a couple flanges installed somewhere in the middle of the exhaust....it's gonna be a bitch to remove in the future, all as one unit...

I know from experience. ;) I now have a couple 2-bolt flanges installed after the x-pipe.

Would PC it be that cheap? I know Por 15 isn't cheap, but I've had good luck with it.

Not for most people....

I've got a powdercoating shop here in the area that gives me awesome prices. When I was in the Navy, we took all of our powdercoating jobs to him. Some of them were $2000+ jobs. A few of us were car/motorcycle guys and would always try to time our personal powdercoating jobs so that we could take them in with the Navy jobs. He'd always hook us up for free, or very cheap if we brought them in at the same time.

Even now, I've just took in 2 crossover tubes, an EVAP tray, a rear diff cover, a rear diff cover brace that I built, and some other little stuff, and he's doing it all for $60.

About a year ago, I took in a set of valve covers, an EVAP tray, a timing cover, 2 crossover tubes, an alternator case, alternator bracket, a set of pulleys, and some other small stuff. He did it all for $80...

Those prices include stripping and sandblasting the items too...

Some peeps are just lucky! PC is the nads.

Lol, yeah. Unfortunately, I'll be moving away from the area very soon. A couple hours away. Might still be worth the drive, though....

nice eye chris.the grabbers are 255 50 16 the widest you can fit on those rims, the double x comes from lms,it acts as a torque chamber, like one youd get frommac or magnaflow, etc their system is supposed to be worth 22-25 hp w/out headers. headers ad 9-11 hp. have audi from my phone today, quality not the best, have to stand back more.the good news is i beat this guy in the bar who said lincolns ars for retired old men and slllloooooowww. ihad the car dynod at ms and produced 304 at the wheels stll have stock gears, love to speed on hwy but100 comes so easy. anyways he had a 02 gt automatic.it wasnt even close. he had to pay my whole tab whih was over 100. we had to leave money on bar. he never came back! it allstarted over this video.click on video.
