WOW! *blushing* Came to check on my client's baby and.......................
WOW! guys, I kinda don't know what to say
THANKS, I just thought that it was part of my job to check in on my patient's and make sure the transplant was doing ok, didn't really think that was out of line, and Bill it was great to hang out with you today, thanks for having lunch with me, and yes that was some strong Margaritas.
Tom, thanks again for giving me all the work you and Tiff both have provided, and OK I'll give into the Gnome title I guess, I was only sold on it after Bill posted the vacation picture of me at the pie eating contest.
And yes guys I do kinda live in the 80's somewhat, aside from the 85' LX, one of the other vehicles I love to drive is my 1985 F150 Flareside, and cause Tom asked Bill to ask me, I'll post a few pics, but will add that yes the LX is 1 of 6327 built with a 5.0 5spd with 114k miles, from Arizona, I have had this car stored inside a building for a year, drove it about 3-4 times when I got it and parked it, pulled it out a week ago, and have been driving it to the average of about 20.5mpg, compared to my F150 at 10mpg.
Ok enough talk, PICS...............
1992 Mazda Navajo (2dr Explorer Sport)
NOW has 2.3 Turbo motor, fully built A4LDE, manual T-Case, 5.13's fully locked, twisting 35-12.5's:
1985 F150 Flareside, all stock:
1985 5.0 5spd LX, all stock:
OK, OK I'll stop with the pictures, I'm a picture whore like Bill is, but yeah I love my 80's vehicles, except for the Navajo, and then there is the bone stock 1979 Mustang Ghia coupe with a 2.8 V-6 and C-4 automatic, the 1982 Mustang L 3.3 with a C-4, the 1986 F250 ext cab 7.0 and C-6, and my 1988 Turbo Coupe, and then there's the wifes2004 Cobra R Clone also.
But don't think that I don't have love for the Marks, cause OH do I, just too bad I sold it, I kick myself for doing that too, I bought Tiff's Grey Ghost that I did a full restoration on, Mach 1 chin spoiler and other assorted go fast doo dads:
Tom did mention my SVO's that I have had (hence the user name), so here is three of a
BUNCH I have had over the years:
1985 bought in Arizona 60k miles all stock:
1985.5 306rwhp no where near stock, retarded fun!!!
1986 stock but rough and abused, I saved it
1991 Hooptie GT daily driver for years
My really old sig, with my 85, 85.5 and 1st gen Lightning again no where near stock
Ok, now I'll stop, but again...............
Thanks guys, I just thought I was doing my job, guess it was a little more.
Dr. SVO phd - Jeff
