Looks much nicer. Now remove those radiator upper supports and paint those up.

btw: Your outlet pipe and Thermostat housing are on their way out soon. Take notice of the browning on the exterior. Means they are worse off on the insides. You can bolt on a cheaper direct fit all aluminum JAG housing instead.

If you're not going the CAI route possibly think of an air box mod.

I'm expecting to start hearing from the AARP anytime now... but they start hounding early.

Everything looks orange in the pics, it is in fact a very bright red.

I'm glad you clarifed that. I almost gave you crap earlier for putting Chevy orange on a Ford. Why not Ford blue or silver anyway??? Would have resembled a mini BOSS 429 then.

Blue and or silver wouldn't go at all with what im doing to the car in the near future

IMO red just goes better with the all black stealthy look, than blue or silver would

That's right, the Batmobile,
a 1955 Lincoln Futura was also black with red.

Used bully dog adhesion promoter, dupont "viper red" dupont 2k clear.

Im sure someone will flame me for it,but high heat paint is really not necessary on valve covers

Nope... you're good. Overkill is better than insufficient when it comes to doing things right. Just please, please tell me you aren't going to do an LS "batmobile"
