there no need to compress the springs for the rear:
place jack under rear lower arm, unbolt sway bar link, unbolt shock, lower the jack, the whole thing drops down allowing you to place spring in place.............
the front springs are too soft, the sensacraps were done maybe six months in when i converted, got so bad it would sway in bumps on the highway.......the Koni's almost get rid of all bounce up front , but you can still tell its softer than the back, the back is normal.
and when i say "bounce" with the Koni's i mean when i press down on the car, the front maybe goes down 1/2", and the back not even 1/4" up/down movement, i got them turned all the way up.
with the sensacraps in the front i could almost get the car to hop just by pushing down on it...........
