LVC Lincoln LS 1/4 mile ET database

Thats whats on the slip, I dont have a scanner but I can try and take a picture of it, here is one of my other runs

R/T .534
60' 2.220
330 6.129
1/8 9.335 @ 77.94
1000 12.081
1/4 14.418 @ 96.31

Also the guys I went up with should have that run on video, Ill check with them later on tonight for it, I have 3 of my runs on video but the operator didnt zoom in on the board  Go figure letting a woman video tape a race lol

And if it makes any difference, Track temp was 167 on both runs with 100% humidity..

Well Ive reviewed the videos and heres the thing, all of us (myself and the wildhorses mustang group guys) were lined up so I gave my video recorder to an older wife of a member, well, she didnt zoom in on the board, I can still post them up if youd like? Id tried taking a picture of the slip but no bueno, wont focus on it and I dont have a scanner..

What was I missing !! High Performance LS forum !! WTF ! Thanks God !!
So only 1 5spd LSs time and it was indoor?? R manual LSs that rare ?? I will hit the 1/8 soon, I need to erase my cats, fix some weird drive train issue and install a bunch of stuff I bought at Ford.
Any LS6 ETs ?

Gonna tryyyyyy to go up to Lebanon tomorrow, really dislike the track but its the closest, last time I was there I went 14.8x at 94.xx, in Bowling Green I went "14.3x at 98.xx" Its in quotes because I dont have proof so Ill leave it at null and void. Well see what happens.

From the slowest to my fastest run. Temp outside was 89.6F with 34% humidity, not even close to good conditions. I think 55-60F with 10% humidity and not having the 20's could result in 13's but who knows.

I ran at Bristol, TN a week ago and ran a 16.5 @ 88 mph on both of my runs. I have a 2000 LS V8, all stock. Is this the usual times for a stock 02 V8? i was expecting a little more out of it.

Going up again towards the end of this month/beginning of October, Lebanon closes the 30th of October, need that 13 second pass! Im pulling the LS into my friends garage to work on that throttle body mod as well tonight.

Nice! That's a pretty damn good time for just a converter and drag radials. What else have you done to it and what do you think had the biggest effect on ET?

I ran anywhere from 13.7 to 14.1 with 100 shot nitrous because I could not get traction for the life of me and had to back it way off (ramps up) at the launch. I never filled my bottle this year with the baby arriving but I plan to throw in a traction loc and keep stock gears.

I have since upped it to 125 shot, and hope I can go more aggressive off the line once I have traction and break into 12's.

First Day at the track

Hi, I looked at a few pages on here. Whats the best running LS here ??? How fast in the 1/4. Hope you all can enjoy a fast Mark VIII. Here is a video and time slip from my cars 2nd run on its first day out. YouTube - Don's Supercharged Mark VIII Vs Callenger SRT-8 I let my nephew drive it and this was his second run. YouTube - Don's Supercharged Mark VIII Vs Shelby Cobra A very good day.

not sure who's the fastest LS. I'm low 12's - hit high 11's a couple of time however never hit a second pass to back it up without breaking..

my best pass so far, stock everything on 2000 ls8

R/T...086
60'....2.240
330...6.525
1/8...9.991
MPH..71.50
1000..12.930
1/4...15.399
MPH..93.62

Not to bad i thought....considering we drove 2hrs to get there..

Going up this Saturday on stock 17in 5 spokes, maybe slicks if I cant find a better tire instead of the chit Michelins on it now, altho, its quite fun ripping them apart into third

Ill also be going up again around the 29th..? Wish me luck fellas, I hope to bring home that golden ticket (13s) lulz

first time out in the 06

Thoughts?
In addition to my mods I removed as much weight as possible. Spare tire, 1/4 tank of gas.
It was a cool night upper 60s
First time out in this car and wasn't sure where it would spin so I only launched at 1k. This was in auto mode.
I made another pass in manual mode and was slightly faster at 14.93. Question for you guys with a Torrie tune. In manual mode I shift into 2nd and then 1-2 sec later it shifts into 3rd on its own?
Anyone else experience this?2006 ls 1st pass.jpg
