2006 LvC Christmas Party
The Weekend of
December 8th - 10th
Elmhurst and Lombard, Illinois Area

8:00 Am Saturday Morning Breakfast​
(Dave and I will be arriving as early as we can after ​
Friday night's impromptu activities)
Kopper's Kitchen Map

Members are welcome to come and enjoy the
Midwest Chapter's most popular hang out for Breakfast LOL..
We'll be scarffing and downing a few pots of coffee while
sharing many LvC moments.

12:00 PM Saturday Activity
at around 12:00 PM we'll head to
Volo Auto Museum
to enjoy some Classic American Muscle
European Exotic
and other interesting cars.

Christmas Party Dinner will be held
Once again at

The Actual Christmas Party will be on Saturday night at 7:00 PM at
John's Pizzarria in Addision, IL - MAP
with
After Dinner activities to follow Next Door​

Sunday will breakfast will once again be at
Kopper's Kitchen where we will
lick our wounds and say our good byes
Time to Be announced LOL

Members are weclome to attend as much
of this meet as they wish

Just a note for those planning on coming to the Christmas Party.

Last year we had a gift exchange - attending members who wish to participate may bring a gift $20-$30 in value (gender neutral). Gifts are exchange in a ramdom grab bag style to be deturmined at the meet.

Last year was a blast... Thanks for the Sweatshirt Debi...
 
For those staying over night post where you are staying so other members may book at the same place. Or if you don't mind sharing a room to help share the cost.

Mike (94m5) has used Priceline.com in the past and said he usually gets suites for $50 per night in the area. I can't remember the name of the place where I stayed last year. brentalan found the place.. very nice vary large very cheap. Brent if you remember the place could you please post the name and address.

Look for Lodging near the Elmhurst or Lombard area.

Bummer, Dave and I got together Friday night and I was telling him about some of the new members that he'd be meeting.

Make sure you mark the Beach Party weekend on your calendar

I hear you on the weather, last year we did have snow. This year it will be nice. I already booked the nice weather.

Only place you will need to worry, if weather gets threatening, is in the Gary IN area. They get those strong lake effect snow showers. (experience)...

I will be staying at the Marriott Residence or Courtyard Inn not sure which...depends on who wants to room with me ;) The fireplace was soooo nice last year seeing as we had 500 feet of snow!

I CANT WAIT TO GO TO VOLOS!!!!! THAT PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Lets make sure we get through the whole place this time....they made me leave screaming and clawing the ground the whole way!! Wonder if Santa will be there again ;) ;) ;) and dont let me forget to get a souvenir map..... and I want a picture of me in the Dr Suess Car!!!! and I just might buy that mink stole if it is still there....oh and....lololol I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

SIGN UP GUYS THIS PARTY CAN'T BE MISSED!!!! Also, anyone who can't make the drive, I'll be coming from Columbus, so if you within a 50 mile radius of here or anywhere on the way up, I'll come get cha and you can ride with me!!
