Just got this 93!!! Almost FREE

This car will possibly be parted out! I will be taking more pictures of the car when I get a chance, it had wasp hives EVERYWHERE! The car had 85,600 miles in 2001. It has 86,000 miles now! The car is ruined from sitting! It's a shame. The interior is impeccable! I'm going to use all the parts I can from the car then part out the rest! I will keep everyone posted when it will be parted out!

maybe the landau roof started to leak.... or the old owner thought the button for the moonroof was to drop the top and when it wouldn't he got mad and parked the car...

Believe it or not, it's my wife that spotted the car on Craigslist. i traveled 87 miles to go pick up the car! She pushed me to get it! I LOVE HER! As for her parents? They don't know!

It was his father's car! His father was not allowed to drive anymore due to old age/eye sight & the car was taken to their farm & sat under a canopy tarp all these years! Tires have no more than 100 miles but they are ruined! breaks are ruined, gotta see what else is bad. Engine does turn over but what can we expect out of an engine that's been sitting for 10 years?

Since it was sitting under the canopy I don't see how there could be much wrong with it.And who knows give it a go,maybe the engine isn't all that bad.

I have seen more than a few engines still go strong after years of sitting.

If you can get it to run keep it. Tear the roof off, do some body work and paint it matte black...

take the interior, front end, and the bumper off the 97 then install on the 93....you can call it a gen 1 and a 1/2.

What about it? Which red one? My 97 or my CE? FYI! I think my father has fallen in love with the CE hence it might not be mine anymore! I'm actually happy though! I like that we can share the hobby.

how did you get the car on the trailer?

You don't want to ask... Plenty of pushing, lot's of sweating, my wife was behind the wheel & she assisted with the steering/shifting from neutral - park, etc... I love my wife! She get's my passion for these cars!

Blue! It's a shame it's blue & not black or tan... I will be taking pictures of the interior, it is FLAWLESS!!! Looks like it's 2 years old!

Tonight I will be connecting a battery to find out if the seat tracks work & all the other goodies!
