whats the trac loc for?? are 3:73's the biggest we can fit in our rears?
No, gears wont mess with it. I have 3.73s and didn't even adjust for it in the tune as I like my shift pattern. I put in a purple gear for the VSS since the VSS on our cars controls the air ride drop speed and where the speed limiter kicks in (if stock tune). The speedo will not change with gears cause our cars use the ABS wheel speed sensors for that.my car is in no way a daily driver. it may go 2 - 4 hundred miles a year if that. its going to be my antique show car someday!
my plans for it is a vortec super charger, cobra intake, manifolds, and an exhaust system. maybe some other minor things, what gears would you guys suggest for that?
also, will gears mess with the cars computer or traction control system in any way?

Vortech looks nice when polished and a polished Cobra plenum. Really sets off the engine bay. If you wanna stay B headed then at least the Centri can be intercooled.
For gear ratio I would say 3.73 with the centri. I wish I had 3.55s as they would work better with my blower since its a PD style.
Guys on here will scream 4.10s but really with a blower thats just useless. Ask the blown guys on here, tall gear is NOT needed.
You will definatly want a Trac Lok as well to harness the power. You can find used Mustang ones for around $50 and then rebuild them with 4 clutches per side and they will help it grab better.
Thats what I have and what I love about it is its dead silent, transparent in the turns and does a perfect job putting down the power out of the hole.
