How to get into the 13s?

you said "2,deg, colder plugs" whats the 2 deg mean? i took that has two steps colder?

i dont think its as much getting hp out of this motor as it is the right gearing/jmod/converter that get your into the 13's. My car is very low too so i think that helps out with the traction problems others would see... Putting the hp to the ground is more than half the battle imo.

When I got my cams in and started the car it would hardly run, the cams where way to hot for the stock program. I think that you can get away with a larger MAS with a custom tune but wont see as much improvement.

I was told with that with a 100 shot you need to go 2 degrees colder on the plugs. thats also what the kit recomends. I know the that a wet kit would be better but when you have limited cash to spend on the car and you get a full kit for 250 bucks (canadian) its hard to pass up.
I beleave that my MPH was around 105. I'd have to dig out my slips to be sure
