The owner of these wheels wants $600. I think that's the most expensive I've seen chrome directionals in a while. By the way, tires are bad. Owner says he's pricing according to JC Whitney which has our set for $1,200 brand new.

How much would you pay for this set?

I wouldn't pay anything over 250-300. Joe Schmo that wants a mint set would probably pay 4-500 shipped or 325-375 local. Even at those prices I feel he'd be sitting on them for a bit.

Maybe $300 tops if the inner beads aren't bubbling. They would have to be at least 8.5 out of 10 and it's hard to compare 16-18 years to new. $600 is way too much unless the tires were new.

If mint and i wanted 10 spokes I'd pay it
But i think they are not nearly as nice as octastars.

That's what I figured, between $250 - $350 & I bought my current set for $150 which is a great deal. As soon as my retarded "Sprint" phone decides I can text again I am sending him the link to this page. Hopefully he understands he's not sitting on a pot of Gold.

If it's a smartphone, download the app called "AirDroid" to your phone and then go to the website http://web.airdroid.com/ and you can use your wireless internet to text, move files from phone to computer or computer to phone, etc... You'll love the app. You can text anyone you want and it all shows on the computer screen and you never have to touch the phone during texting.

Has to be the best app I have ever used. It will give you a code to enter on your browser and after that, you're set to do w/e. You can even get a screenshot of a text conversation. It's free.

Dude, I just jizzed in my pants. I've been playing around with it. It's amazing. I love it! Thanks Terry! YOU DA MAN!!!

If you're too lazy to type the code, you can even scan it but one thing about the program, keep your message sessions refreshed or you'll have to get the code again to refresh the whole thing. It's a pretty good app, all in all. :)

Back in 04 I was looking for a clean set of chrome 10 spokes for my Thunderbird and it seems they were going for around $500 then. I was thinking more in the $300 range now..tires mean nothing unless he can prove they are nearly brand new, I don't trust used tires..most of the time they are junk with broken chords or uneven wear which will make your car ride like garbage.

What if they were wrapped in almost new (9 out of 10) Michelin Pilots???

Dunno if you're trying to say that's what's on the rims in question or not but those in the pic ultimatesvt posted aren't michelins..I see at least one good year in the pic. And you'll only know as soon as you mount them on your car and go for a drive.

Damn... I sold my set of directionals for $100 minus the center caps, they weren't mint.. but they were an easy 9.2

Nah, I have a set just like those (on michelins) but have no idea what they're worth.
