Here she is back from the dead, I call her Big Red!!

I said I would post pics of her and here she is just as promised. I named her Big Red, though shes not completely red shes more like a cordovan alghough Im not sure, so maybe you guys can tell me whats her actual color. Its got its minor faults like it needs engine work a/c needs to be recharged the carpet needs cleaning and the paint needs work, but here she is anyways....enjoy!!!

she reminded me of my old one, so basically thats one of the reasons why I had to bring her home. Cobra MarkVIII back from the dead.

It's official, welcome back baby! The car looks sweet, can't wait to see the trims painted to match. I know what you mean about the sunroof. That's what I loved about mine as well when I purchased it. So if you think back to our T-Bird/Cougar days, you told me once I'd come back to these cars, we both couldn't stay away from these cars man. What is it about them?

LaseSVT i looked underneath and it seems like the exhaust hanger is rusted and broke apart, thats one of the things in the fix list. Alex I remember when I said that to you. These cars are like sex you just cant get enough. When I bought my LS i was looking for something to match the Mark, it did come with a v8 and 32valves with a DOHC but the feel and apperance just wouldnt hit that special spot like my Mark did. So i had to get me another one. I have a lot of plans for this one, so stay tuned.

that is cordovan, just hard to see in the cell phone pics, but its cordovan on ivory. you know whats funny marvin, today i went to brandon and bought the same color car, its a 97 cordovan with grey interior, snowflake wheels, base model like yours, with only 89k miles for $800 and drove it 38 miles back to my shop without a hitch!! he was asking $2,200, talk about haggling!! but outside it looks identicle to yours!

Dude, It's a weird color but I love it, looks elegant. That's what I love... "elegantly UNEXPECTED!!!" Most of society has no idea how powerful these cars are. That's what I love. Bro, I just bought a running compressor with the suspension module attached, a separate suspension module & complete TRUE DUAL 2 1/4 inch exhaust from the headers back with flowmasters & welded 97/98 Mark VIII tips for $140.00... Tell me that's not insane. Check your PM!
