So you went with V12s eh?
Compound is too soft for lowered IMO. Unless you get the rubber rotated OFTEN (unmount then re mount) - they won't last long in terms of tire life.
For the price I paid for them vs. what I would have to fork over here in Canada for good tires, I did alright. $878.40 after discounts, all in, including delivery.
These will serve as my first pair to get a base. I'll be sure to keep an eye on them and rotate often if needed. Thanks for the heads-up, had read about it.
There were also a lot of comments that when they do warm up they stick real good. There was also reviews that on track day, there was some chunking.
We'll see ...
Oh and I forgot to mention, last night, April Fools Baby, new granddaughter, "Olivia" 8lbs 2oz.
