I bought a 1998 Blk/Blk Mark VIII LSC with 109K and front end damage. It is very nice so I want to fix it up. I would also like to mildly modify it to improve looks, Handing, and performance. But mainly still be a street luxury car. I have a 1997 Mark VIII parts car with a good front end and air bag system. I'm posting pictures of the 1998 and will later post pictures of the 1997 parts car. The battery was dead but the air bags were still up even after strapping it down pretty hard for over a day. It won't crank to date so we will figure that out first.

"the battery was dead" "it won't crank"....I think
I've figured that one out ;)

Int. colors are different between 97 and 98.

98-----Midnight Black

97-----Ebony

Don, I've got a good 97 parts car that is black. I need the header panel for my son's Mark. Other that that, Good front bumper, fender and hood. I have a black 97 (ebony) airbag, and passenger airbag as well.

i might be stupid but i swore that i read this in his very first post at the top of the page!

Here are some pictures of the parts car. As you can see the interior is a off White. My brother says we can dye the covers black ?? Headlights look good. Old grill is good so I can use it.

What's wrong with the black enterior of the Black car?...just swap over the tan front clip and SRS modules, make sure battery is disco'ed

I got the Mark VIII back from one of Barry's Friends that works at a body shop. Took a long time but the price was right. There is still a lot of clean up and even more detailing to do but its a good start. here are a couple new pictures.

Looks sharp Don but the tires have to go! Unless you're running hundred spokes in the Ville the pin stripe white walls have no reason to be on that car :)

Yea I don't care for them either but there brand new Michelin's. I drove it around today and it rides and runs fantastic. But I do have another set of 17" Cobra-R's.
