Update time......No pics yet but....
Engine is in and running. I took it for a spin around town with no fenders or hood. (got ALOT of looks from people and alot of folks comming up and talking to me about it.)
The hood is sanded and ready for Primer, which will be done tomorrow. Doors are also comming off tomorrow to be completely stripped, and sound deadend on the inside. Anyway, i don't want to take up abunch of space with no pictures to show ya, so I'll wrap this up for now.

PIKTUERS!!!!
I'm eating lunch right now, and going to work on it afterwards. Hood will be in primer tonight, and hopefully blocked smooth by tomorrow night. The fenders were HORRIBLE. Who ever did the body work on them did'nt know that the hell they were doing cause there was at least a half inch of bondo in there.
It's gonna take me and jeb a couple of days to hammer them straight, then we can start preping them for paint. The grille is going to look pretty sweet with chrome mesh behind it. The slats will be filled, and everything will be sanded smooth.
Anyway, here are the Pix.

Sup guys.... Almost Got the hood in primer now, which means it will be in paint by the end of the week. The pictures are pretty boring so I'll put up some movies that show off the exahust pretty well. They were taken just today. Enjoy.

Update.....
I FINALLY had some time to get some stuff done. Jeb got home from work and went right to work on the drivers side fender. It's pretty close now, but will need another application of filler to get it 100%
The hood will FINALLY be in primer tomorrow, the bottom is done already, but I had to go DEEP into the paint to get all of the rock chips out of this sorry excuse for a hood. It's gone at my 1st availible convienence, to be replaced with some thing "meaner"
Anyway, here are the new pics....

Car is lookin great Mike. When it is finished it is gonna look great. I love the Orange man. The engine looks damn near perfect. The side fenders, ouch. Can't beleive what people do sometimes. Everything is lookin great man keep postin the pics. :Beer

Update......
No jc.....I HATE prep work, but it's one of those required evils.
The car itself has been moved into "permenant" storage for an undisclosed ammount of time. I don't have time to work on it right now, and have other things to worry about for the time being.
BUT......Look for it to make a hell of a come back with in the next 8-9 months.
