Gas Tank

Quick question, have a 97-98 Mark VIII that needs a gas tank (sent it to get cleaned and they said needs replacing, deteriorated/rusted inside), anyway hard to find a good one in the area all the same inside.

Does a t-bird gas tank of those years fit the Mark VIII???????

Anyone know what other options there might be, does not seem a new one is available either.

97 and 98 have different EVAP ports and lines from each other.

I dont think they will ship a gas tank, otherwise you were the first one in mind.

No knowledge on a t-bird tank??just would give a little more choice
