Foose 19" speedsters Installed today.

Those look good. Gloss black calipers are the way to go IMHO. The brush on kit is $20 at the parts store. I put 3 coats on mine when I did it and had enough left over to paint another car.
 
Brush-on? Excuse my newb-ness..you also painted your wheel wells IIRC? what did you use for those as well?

Duplicolor makes a brush on caliper paint kit. I chose it because I could leave the calipers on and not have to worry about overspray from the rattle can kits. I also think the brush on is a bit tougher paint. I painted my wheel wells with the rattle can black spray on bed liner. It's holding up very well so far.
 
I like the look, but just not a fan of the fake screw inserts that go around it. To each their own.

I'm holding out for a set of take-off Jaguar "Cygnus" 18" rims. A silver-finish that will go nice with my silver paint. One of these days :)

I didn't mind the way the "screw heads" looked on my speedsters, but after trying to clean (and dry!) around all of those every time I washed the car, I swore my next set of wheels wouldn't have them!

Manoli - very nice, and I definitely like them better in 19" than 20" :D
 
Sorry, but I liked your LS better with the stockers. Those rims look a bit ghetto/tasteless. Just my .02.

245/35/19's are the perfcet size.:)

Wheels look great. Chrome on Autumn Red looks sick.:D
 
Manoli, that looks fantastic! Awesome deal, too! I would have loved to find some speedsters. Almost got a set last year, but I came to the auction a little too late.

They don't bother me i just know there going to be PITA to keep clean, any pics of your ls yet??

Thanks i wasn't really sure what size to go with after i wear these out, two of them are going to need replacement soon the other two still have alot of tread left, so im not sure what to do yet if i replace them with new ones with the size you mentioned or replace them with the same size but used i found a set here locally with about 65% tread left for $80 m/b.

I agree chrome does look very good on Autumn Red:D

Thanks Tru funny you say that i actually read your whole thread on them when you were looking at them right before i bought mine, The wheels on your Ls are by far way nicer than these!

Is that 35 or 20% on the windows f+r? And is that tan interiour? Sorry, Just trying to guage if i should go 35 w/tan int on my mark.. Whatever it is it looks great.

Not a big fan of chrome either but that looks sharp right there! Cleans up very nicely

Lol i agree not a big fan of chrome either but they'll do for now im just waiting for the right wheels to come along for a fair price.
