the 95 i picked up a little while back turned out to be a nightmare in disguise!!
since i bought it, i have replaced the front struts with gen 2's, put a new compressor on, had to replace the air lines from the idiot cutting them off. so after all that, the air bag light was on as well as the abs light. so turns out the clock spring was broken, i changed that and all was well. then i noticed coolant leaking, turns out the radiator had a leak at the plastic tank and fins seam, so i put a radiator in it last night, filled it up with fresh coolant, all set! then tonight i changed both front abs sensors and went for a ride, no more abs light, the jackass must have broke one of them when he tore the front end apart. so now, after all this time since i bought it, its going on the road this week. its all ready for my wifey. only thing left to do is paint the driverside door handle and redo a set of headlights for it and move the hid's into something worth being in! now she can get off my back finally!!

You could have had that handle painted by the time you typed all this. Bout time you got that thing ready for her. What color are her HID's going to be? Should have saved the purple ones for her lol.

it already has hid's but the headlight housings are crap. they are 6000k, when i put them in last year the housings werent bad but now they suck.

The asian girl must have had the daytime running lights on all the time. My dad used to keep his on and I would turn them off. No need in burning the lights when it ain't dark out.

Good work Jamie. You are an inspiration to all of us to get out there and work on our cars.

Not really, it just shows us that he's as much of a glutton for punishment as the rest of us! At least he can take out a little frustration by dismantling a couple marks!

no, adam i truely do love these cars, if i didnt, i wouldnt keep doing what i do, its been so long now its almost like i have to keep going. for years people on these boards thought all i was there to do was rip them apart, but over the years, i have done almost everything for customers to their marks that i could, the only thing i havent done yet was swap a motor from one to another, but i'd have no problem doing it, it has never come up though. i could probably pull a car in my shop on a friday and swap a motor and drive it out on a sunday, by myself. fixing these things is so easy for me now, no matter what it is, i dont consider anything on them hard anymore, its like any car, you work on it long enough and you can do it blind folded. i have said it before i am not here for money, i am into these cars as much as anyone on here, i just happen to sell stuff for them too, but i am like KK i will help anyone with any mark VIII, even the p.o.s ones, i know everyone isnt loaded i try not to judge anyone who owns a mark VIII reguardless of its condition. but my favorite thing to do to them is totally bring one back that is bound for scrap, taking them apart is not my favorite thing to do, its by far the easiest lol. but i get the most joy out of making it look like it should, including painting them if i have to, so far i have painted 4, and i'm not a painter lol!!!

Wow you almost said something nice about me :D

I don't know what it is, I just love the Mark, after ripping a few apart they get pretty easy to work on...

KK i just tease you, i dont mean anything i say, i'm just a plain old mass hole true to my roots if you phags ever drop stacks heap off you'll see what i am really like, i just like being a dick to you on here!!
