Demon/Angel Eyes Installed (Alot of Photos)

Yeah, but that kit has ALL the colors in one set of rings. Just turn a dial to which color you want.
 
There's probably a couple ways to wire it, but how about: put a spdt relay in with the puddle light signal selecting either puddle light power or parking light power. So by default it's on parking light power, but when the puddles turn on the relay switches to puddle power.
This is assuming you want them always on when either your puddles or parking lights are on.

Yea that is exactly what I want!. Where can I get a relay that will do this? Thanks for the info, also I wonder if the puddle lights relay is in the engine bay already?
 
The puddle lights are switched by the FEM in the drivers footwell (once I connected them to my blinkers in this thread :) ), but I'm not sure if there are any puddle light-related wires you can tap in the engine bay. Maybe someone else knows? Or I can look in my manual when I get home.

Any SPDT or DPDT relay should be fine. You could get it at radio shack or an auto parts store probably.

Get them sweets. How long has it been since the first, "I'm getting red angel eyes for the car shows" getting close to a year. WE WANT DEMON EYES!!!!
 
well heres the deal, car problems have been draining the bank, A hit/run driver hit my car 2 weeks ago and now I gotta get a whole new bumper, or if I can find someone who's selling the bumper cover. I wanna get the car fixed beforehand. Plus I've been trying to find headlights for a reasonable price so I can send those in to be worked on, as my goal is to put the reds in then smoke the headlight housing. Plus before I got the rims I was gonna do the demon eyes but it was last call on the rims which set back another 1500. I'm trying to be budget picky since I had to buy storage units for all my stuff since my parents are divorcing and foreclosing on their house (which has half my sh*t) from my dad owing 600k in debt. Then I've been busy dating and getting sidetracked from trying to get them headlights. So really....it's on the menu, just it's been a very rough road to get to the destination :P

I will polish them this weekend and post pics. They r in good shape. I was also thinking about opening them, polish the inside of the clear plastic and shipp them opened. PM me if interested.
 
All this talk about Angel eyes got me waiting to do mine. My 03 headlights are coming in the mail today. Too bad I'm still deployed overseas but I'm gathering everything for the full LSE swap. I'm going to send my lights to lightwurkz and have them paint the bezel, clear the turn signal and install the angel eyes. I should have everything done by the summer including a full paint job.

500-600 for the full job. I wanted to send it to them too but not after that price.You should do it all yourself.

Almost exactly what I want.. I just dont like chrome.

Under 2k for a full job is pretty good deal depending on the quality of the labor.

Did u try asking someone on here who has done them right and may wanna do the job for u at a fraction of the cost?? If Id know how to I would do it for a couple of bucks !

plus shipping both ways. Your car is black isn't, the headlight benzel is black already. Andrizzle just did it no problem
 
I'm going to do mine soon. Have to go buy that clear plastic sheet to put in for the turn signal. I dont think my color would look good with color matched benzel or else I would
 
Haha. I have had a few offers to do these for other members. I told them I would get back with them in maybe about a month while I work on my own car. As I too am doing the lse conversion.

Looks like some progress in the insurance dept today. Crossing fingers!
 
I just got my Demon Eyes for my 2005 and im dying to put them in! You have any pointers? And did you put them in the oven to remove the lens?
 
No, they need to be cut open.

And for pointers, if you got the Umnitza LEDs like me, to avoid awkward mis-matching on the larger ring, you need to rig up a unique way to attach the ring, you cannot use the clips it comes with if you are wanting a better fitment.
 
I bought a set of ccfl which by reading some post on here I may have made a mistake.:( So you had to cut them?! this sounds like a big time challenge.
