Demon/Angel Eyes Installed (Alot of Photos)

Cutting is easy. just get yourself a dremel cutting wheel that is able to "flex" like so it doesn't have to be @ a 90 degree angle all the time, it can move a little.

And there are stories of CCFLs taking a while to light up in the cold, and also burning out over time. Maybe you will be lucky.

Andrizzle...did you ever get to work & do anyones angeleyes? yours came out sooo sick!

Dont think so. I think he said he was too busy right now with his car to take on ither people's headlights for now but might help people out a little later

Didn't even see this bumped.

Yea I don't wanna mess with angel eyes for a while. lol, I finally got mine done after resealing a few times and am taking a break from those.

Plus I have a new project for LED taillights :D

So that last sealant you used, the contruction adhesive, is it still holding up good? No fogging?

Yea that stuff is holding up good, but even after I used it, I still had cracks - plus that stuff was clear and looked bad.

So i went back to Lowes and got a 3rd sealant, this time traditional black silicone used for roofing. one of the lights kept getting moisture in it somehow for the longest time, it would be barely any water, but 3 drops can literally fog up the entire light.

Anyways, I finally found where it was leaking and laid down a fat bead of this black stuff and smoothed it out all over the tops. After using this, I would actually recommend this over the construction stuff, just because of the easier use, cheaper, and it is black.

I think the construction adhesive is good for gluing the two sides together, and the silicon is good for laying a nice seal.

That's what I did/how I would do mine.. The silicon is a niceway to make sure everything is sealed up tight.
