Today to my dismay, I happened across CE#330 all smashed up in my local pick a part. I was too late to get the trim pickings like the steering wheel, and the rear neon, someone beat me to that. They did however leave the shifter, and you know I jumped all over that. Pick-a-Part price..$6.99:D The car is pretty bad, I was going to get the Collectors Edition side moldings. I took off the passenger side, but the driver's side was trashed, so I left it there. Here are some shots of the car.

In all my searches in all my local yards i have yet to come across a 2nd gen.... wtf

I usually go to shorty's, dirkes, albion u-pull it, walts, and a odd namer or 2. Went to Lapollos for the first time today and wanted 150 for an exhaust and 50 for a corner lense... i paid 10 for the lense at albion and trying to find a better deal on exhaust.

I fuggin hate you! Wood shifter for $7! I search for them from time to time but never see them for sale any more. :(

You wonder about pictures like these. I mean nowadays, a nice CE is a 5k to 15k car depending on mileage but what about 20 years from now? Will they be collector cars like old Marks from the 60s? Will a Mark like the above one be considered a rebuildable 20 years from now?

Sad to see a car like that wrecked but at least it wasn't a runner being parted out. She went out in some sort of glory.

FYI there are 2-second gens at a pick a part in King of Prussia which I don't think is too far from you-one is a 97 the other is a 98, it is called Shorty's, on Flint Hill Road

pretty well trashed, sucks to see em that bad

There's a few more parts for me to pick from that car. This yard is LKQ Pick-A-Part. I find Marks all the time around here. I guess if you were in big cities, you would see plenty of Marks.

nice find, i got my shifter handle in today too! i think the wood will look good inside my black interior.

Funny, I have the Rear tailight and window switch covers from That exact vehicle (Located at hardy tolll rd and Aldine Bender). Poor CE.......

Damn, I wish I would not have been in such a hurry when I was there. The steering wheel and shifter were there.........

I wish I could come across more Gen1's that werent completely trashed out over here... I sure could use some corner lenses...

I know right?? that car has been there awhile, I was very new to the Mark world then and was oblivious. I just needed the rear neon Ballast. too bad. Now i know.

Isnt KK's CE Number 331? or something real close to this number? i dont know why i thought of that.

Sadly it will be crushed long before then, but maybe 20-30 years down the road someone will restore one in that shape.

There's a few more parts for me to pick from that car. .

I could use a traction crontrol switch, if they are affordable enough.

nice find man! I have found two marks to ever be in a junk yard. One a 93 (trying to figure out how to get that driveshaft out) and a 98. I know the guy that has the 98. I asked about the trunk, hood, left side headlight and drivers mirror. he said 200 for it all and he will hold it till i get the money. :)

Crap, hit enter too soon. I was going to ask about that chrome shifter I saw awhile back from KK(?) is that a Mark part or something that will fit from another car?

The impact on this mark was severe on the passenger side. Friggin Pick a part call themselves not selling the cat, so they cut it out. Only thing is, they only cut out the third cat, leaving the other two. I really need the one on the passenger side. What's the best way to get it out?
