Well...the chebby and Ford small blocks both have engine blocks. They both have heads. They both have pistons, cranks, and rods. The 4.6 also has a block, pistons, heads, rods and crank. So yeah, all three are "exactly" the same engine

Let's get some pics of the 302 bottom end and the 4.6 top end compared to the LS. Maybe that would be a better match.
