According to this link, I need Motorcraft part #ASH80, which is the front "special suspension" shock. They're on crack if they think I'm paying $185 for each though. Time to shop.

If you cross-reference the numbers I'm sure you'll find the cheaper '06 shocks will work just fine. The mounting points are the same on both LSes.....

Put KYBs on my kid's '87 Mustang. They were very stiff and made that car ride like a truck!!

The Euro Spec shocks (if you can find them) had the same effect. The car handled like a slot car, but rode like a John Deere!!
