Happy days! I saw it sitting there and fell in love with the car all over again. I was really hating the beater look and just couldnt be happier now. They removed every single dent everywhere. There is not a trace of anything, car is like brand new. :D
I was really impressed with the bumper. I thought they would fix the tear and sand it down then respray with all the rock chips under the new finnish. Nope, they redid the whole thing and its like glass! :D
I cant take any pics till this weekend cause it just gets too dark before I get off work. I only took a teaser with my camera phone at the shop.

that is so sexy your a lucky man until the first scratch and I will feel your pain
I remember the first scratch and chip in my paint job it hurt

Thanks guys, I am really happy. :D

And yeah it took a while. But I work for a living and had to save up. :p
Really if I didnt own my house out right then I couldnt have afforded to do this. I have been throwing mods at this car every month for several months now and am almost to my goal. Next month its new exhaust, gear/trac lok install and a 4" drive shaft. After that I am gonna just enjoy it for a while before I get the urge to start saving for a blower.

Looks great. Go outside and scratch it right now. Believe me it will lighten the blow when you get then 2nd scratch lol.

who did your paint job and what kind of coin did it cost

It was $1350 for the paint and 77 dings/dents removed. The whole car wasnt repainted, only the fender, bumper and headlight trim. There were some nasty dings though.

I gotta contact Geno, I forgot what size his caps were cause next week I am gonna get my gold membership and also order a set of Lincoln star caps for the Saleens... if his fit. :)

Thanks again for the compliments guys, means allot from this group. :)

Well I remembered to bring my digital camera with me today because I wanted to stop and take some early pictures in front of a Cobra helicopter. Got some pics but forgot the damn cable to connect the camera to my work PC. :( So I have to wait till I get home to post them.

Thanks Geno! Now send me some Lincoln Star caps! :p

Do I need to send them to you to have the decal put on or how does that work?

Fuggin car! You guys are right, it does not allow happiness. :( This morning the battery was dead but since I was working on the cars amp last night I figured it was my fault. So I used my plug in battery charger/jumper and it fired right up. Fortunatly I threw it in the trunk cause I figured the body shop ran the battery to below the safety voltage. Sure enough its dead again as I try to go for lunch. So now I have to get a new battery for this bitch. At least that gets rid of the last of the Autozone parts in the car.... well except the rack but I am ordering a 93 OEM rebuild rack next week. :D

Test\Charge the battery. We drain batteries almost on a daily basis from pulling the cars in and out of the shop. That's what happens sometimes.

Tested it, wouldnt get above 30% charge. I got a new battery already and its much larger then the old POS.

So here are some new pics. :D

awesome pics, looks sweet next to the helicopter. car looks awesome dude bet you love it so much now!! its hard to be in love with a mark when it looks sad, yours has a smile now from headlight to headlight!!

Yeah we were looking at that. We had discussed how to make it straight and he wants to get some info on the best way to try and tweek the hood down in that corner. The adjusters are of no help and cant move it around on the hing any more to drop it. I still owe the shop a couple hundred so when I bring him the cash next week we are gonna pull it in a bay and see if he can figure it out.

Anyone have a good way to bend the hood without hurting it?
