Back from teh body shop!

Stick a piece of wood under the opposite side and gently... GENTLY push down on the high side... I adjusted Kirk's hood like this...

be VERY careful if you do that. Since the hood is alum, it doesnt move around in the same way a sheet metal hood would.

You gave me that advice before Brandon, I think I may try it but didnt have teh nards before. I just went outside and pushed up on the passenger side while pulling down on the drivers front edge. I heard the slightest cracking sound (the composit part flexing) and stopped. But when I closed the hood it was 1/16" lower. Another 1/16 - 1/8" and it should be perfect. Ill work on it tonight.

Thanks mang! :)

Well I just went out to tweek on the hood a bit and actually got it nice and flush. :D I just grabbed the drivers edge and pushed down while pushing up on the center of the drivers side brace on the bottom of the hood to curve it a hair more. Turned out great! :wrench Not gonna be able to get it any closer. Of course I didnt express my happiness while by the car as it would cause something else to break.

Nope, but with a blower it would be. :D I think anyway. A Cobra can do what, 173? A stock LSC with a tune (removed limiter) should be able to pull 150ish no? Gears and blower should allow for 180 even on low boost. :wrench

Now you just need to wash off all that ugly green mess they got all over it.
