I know the feeling all to well, I have never kept a car for more the 6 months other the my mark which I've had for a year. Good luck finding something you really like, next one for me is a 89 or toyota truck.

Sorry to hear probably one of the nicest cars on this board. That car would have sold for 10k+ in a heartbeat up here in Canada especially where I live. 2n gens sell for 5-6k that have high mileage. Hell I bought my 93 for 3k.

Sad to see it go but it seems to be going to a good home. Hopefully he takes care of it as well as you did.

At least I got a chance to drive it before you sold it. But hey, it is what it is. If you ever get the bug up your ass to drive one again, at least there's still another in the driveway, haha. Either way, good luck with your search! If you get something GM, I can get you cheap OEM parts from work lol.

the replacement may have been found. i will know tomorrow but i am looking at a 2001 chevy silverado 2500HD full 4 door short bed. loaded up 6 liter auto leather its champagne with gray interior, class 3 hitch with a gooseneck ball in the bed also. aluminum HD wheels 2 wheel drive with a front leveling kit in it, awesome condition 100% mechanically perfect and 90% cosmetically perfect. this is exacctly what i want, i mean exactly so hopefully all goes well and it might be in the driveway tomorrow.

Hope the truck works out for you Jamie.

I would also like to thank you for all you have contributed here on this board and the others as well. I have learned a great deal from you and others here.

Thanks again.

I heard that if you had just put green slime in the airbags, you're old M8 would have been just as good a tow vehicle.
