Nope I think I'm the last one to pay you for recondtioned headlights. Just did about 2 weeks ago.
 
Good for you Jamie. Hopefully that will take a lot of stress off of you. I can't imagine what a pain in the ass it has been for you. I saw your first post about this and seriously considered coming down and getting most of the parts you had. In the end I decided it was just too far away, and I would have had trouble storing the mountain of parts you had. I've always had good dealings with you and you've helped countless people with their Marks. Hopefully you will stick around here and still help us with your vast knowledge of the Mark VIII. Nobody's even close to you in the amount you have parted. Again thanks for all your help.
 
jamie enjoy your family. before you know it your kids will be all grown up with no time and problems of there own. you only get one chance. fock everybody else.... worry about #1 and the fam.... I wish i had what you have, a family that loves you. sucks you could not put the parts in a barn for 20 years but you had to do what you had to do.

i kept a few things like a set of mint fenders, a header panel, i still have all the parts that are in my garage like everything you find inside a mark VIII, i have some stuff. its funny you mention sand key, thats where me and my wife got married, right on the beach!


i swear sometimes i want to slap people, where the :q:q:q:q were you 2 weeks ago when i started the post about closing down, i had two 97's that i posted up and even said if someone wanted to take a shell they had mint quarters on them, thats ok though i realize some people sleep, alot, so if you want to see if the quarters are still good go to teddy bears auto salvage, i highly doubt they survived the crusher though.

and thank you to all the people who ever bought stuff off us in the past who didnt dick us around. we have sold a heap load of parts all over the world, hell the drivetrain out of my white 97 lsc in sitting in a 56 t-bird in finland right now how cool is that! we have met alot of people over the years, made alot of friends and i even managed to make a good handful of loyal customers so i appreciate all of it. it wasnt always easy, you do have to deal with morons too and its funny even after getting rid of all this stuff and calling it quits, the morons still haunt me i cant seem to shake them loose, there are a couple left, time to change my email and phone number i guess lol! i will still be around here, obviously i have 2 marks i'm not out of the car, just out of the shop aspect, but it will be much less than ever before, i have alot of stuff around my house i want to work on and catch up with so free time here i come!!

my deepest apologies i haven't been on here much honest. 2 weeks ago my son was born 2 weeks prior to that i was departing Iraq for the last time i prey.
 
Well, I can say that I have actually stood on that loft and seen all the stuff up there. I even got to dig through some things. I started buying parts off you in 2005 for the 94, bought the 95 from you and it still runs like a scalded dog, since you sent me the Z2 computer for it.

I have heard a million stories and that you were getting sick of parting them as we chatted on AIM for years. I'm glad it's finally come to this and also glad to hear you got the promotion and a raise. If you need help burning the garage, I have experience with that lol. You might lose a car but you'll have a new garage again, without parts. Get that thing cleaned out so you can get those Marks inside. Looks like a mini warehouse in there.

Build shelves in Pete's bedroom and stock everything up in there lol. As for the kids, they go grow quick. My son will be 9 on the 23rd. Seems like I was changing diapers a few months ago... If all works out like I hope it does with the job, I'll be moving down there soon but I'll be in Dan's neck of the woods. Good luck with everything Jamie.
 
thanks guys, yes terry coming down here would do you alot of good too. dan really isnt far from me at all so we could get together often. that would be awesome, specially if i pick up a boat, because i am very serious about getting one again, you guys would love a day out in the gulf hitting all the little sand bar islands out there and catching some really nice fish. i mean i live in one of the boat capitals of the us why not own one again and enjoy it this time!!

i could be in trouble soon, i am organizing my garage right now, got my toolbox home, my detailing supply cabinet, and most of my stuff needs to be put away neatly now but i have been drinking captain and cokes for a few hours now and i am also sipping a glass of 99 bananas on the rocks along with the rum and coke! i'm already having a hard time moving around this sure isnt helping lmfao!!
