Looks like your plastic coolant components are failing those welds will not hold this is a very common issues with the ls and the only fix is to replace all coolant components and you will be good for another 100k miles

I just order some from ebay and installed them and it worked. saved me some headaches with balancing the tires. thx

Yup as soon as one coolant part goes bad (except dccv) then you should replace all coolant parts. This is rule numero uno with the LS right after replace all coils and plugs when one goes bad. That sound you hear are micro cracks in the cooling system and pressure test seems to never find...

How is the mks holding out. Is it more reliable than our ls.

Yup it could be your dccv since it has been 6 years since you replaced it. Also did you get any leaking in the cooling system or replaced any coolant hoses recently if this did happen you may have air in the system. And also is it blowing hot from both sides or one side?

we also had a turbo LS I think it was ALEXLS. as far as I remember the turbos was mounsted at the rear since the LS didn't have any room in the hood.

just came from the autoshow and the car looks awesome and the grill fits the car very well the pictures don't do it justice.
