I was planning to buy a Razzi kit and have it all painted at once. I never got the body kit and now I have sold my LS. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the grill.
I have a brand new McLaren Grill for sale. It has never been installed. It has only been out of the box long enough for pictures. As you would expect it is unpainted, unscratched, and perfect. I no longer have an LS to install it on.
The last one I saw on eBay went for just over $300.

I'm a little late to the party with this, but here you go:
The floor door actuator & cold air bypass door actuator are both behind the lower dash panel under the ignition. It is held on with three bolts and will a part number YW4H-19E616-EA (Floor Door) and YW4H-19E616-BA (Cold Air Bypass...
BTW, just to clarify for those that don't know, that should be "If your head gaskets are bad then the coolant MAY mix with the oil"
You can have a bad head gasket without the oil and coolant mixing.
But, if you DO have water in your oil, then you have a bad head gasket (99.9%).
You can attempt to drill it an add an Zerk Grease fitting, or as a temporary measure to see if that is indeed the issue, use a grease gun with a needle and puncture the rubber seal. However, it will never hold grease very long after you puncture it.
Leave it as it, but add a Kegerator! (Unless there is one hidden in there.)
At any rate, that is really nice and I don't think I'd go through all the work required just to change out the bar top, which already looks pretty nice to me!
Just to add to this, while doing valve cover gaskets and replacing the PCV hoses (what a PITA), I damaged my EGR valve gasket while removing the EGR from the manifold and when it was back together I began getting this CEL Code. A new EGR Valve Gasket fixed my CEL.
OK. Here's the write up on it. It is really not a difficult job.

I've had the airbag light and screwy steering wheel controls for a while. This week I finally replaced the clockspring in my '01 V6. I'd have to say, except for a few hard to get to electrical clips, it was a piece of cake. The clips weren't even that bad.
I didn't even have to use a puller...
