The stock ball joints dont have nipple on them for easy greasing... Im sure my car is running stock joints without any maintenance on them, and it is the source of my horrific screeching coming from my front driver side wheel. What is the best way to go about greasing this bad boy? Id rather grease it now and see if that is the problem, so when I get my new tires I can just have them pressed in at the same time.

You can attempt to drill it an add an Zerk Grease fitting, or as a temporary measure to see if that is indeed the issue, use a grease gun with a needle and puncture the rubber seal. However, it will never hold grease very long after you puncture it.

The euromarque ball joint come with a grease fitting.
