I could see it being structually unstable if you completely removed the b- pillar. But just swapping the hinges on the rear door. Doesnt seem like it would make a difference. Your chassis and body make up the strength of the car not the way the doors close.

So do you think I will be able to weld it with carbon steel wire.

So I guess I cant just cut the resonators out and weld some pipe in place huh. With out special wire and gas mixture.

So one else wants to chime in on wheather or not the exhaust is stainless. I know someones welded on these pipes before.

Do any of you guys have problems welding it. I read that somewhere who knows if its true. I know true stainless is a bitch to weld with out a tig torch.

Do you have an idea how long the resonators are. I thought they were about a foot long.

I have an 03 v8. So its 2.25 I.d. or o.d.

Is the factory exhaust 2.5 inches and is it stainless steel.

I was thinking about doin the same. Not for mileage but sound and later doing mufflers. What size pipe do I need to put in place. And I thought I read some where the pipes were stainless. Is that true or just a galvanised either way I would like to weld it rather than some sort of clamps.

The climate control is actually green plastic so I had to make a whole new piece. I think there is 4 layers of blue tint on that display but id like to go darker. I still got the headlight switch and the door lock buttons to do. Im thinking about the blinker indicators also since they are still...

Had to rip the tint off of the front two window cause my wife got pulled over and got a ticket for it. 120 something bucks. Thats stupid.

its not all done yet still have a few switches here and there. Im up to about 30 bucks for parts, if that.

The lights look super bright in the pick but it actually looks really good. Specially the red lights.

Got all the light done in my climate control. All the indicator lights are red and the heated seat indicators are red and the cooled seat indicators are blue. Also changed the display to blue.
