Generally, you don't. Why do you want to? I'd say that you'll have to take the door panel off first. After that, it may be possible to remove that section from the other side of the panel.
The door panel has to come off (not too difficult to remove) to get the lock switch out. The window and mirror switches are easy to remove without removing the door panel.
