I have changed the filter, checked fuses, swapped relays and hear no pump when key on. The car will sputter when I use starting fluid, so fuel is the issue. The service manual specifies using a pump module removal tool. Is there another way? Tap the ring tabs? Thanks

Did overheating loosen your radiator cap? I overheated today and when I opened the cap to replace fluid, it was VERY loose. Could I be so lucky as to just have had a loose cap? Fan comes on just fine and have never seen any evidence of a leak.
