How the heck do you get the plug connector out?

It doesn't seem like a squeeze type and I can't see squat up there!

Since no one here has ever changed a v6 alternator, I'll answer for myself.
I wrangled this one for a while!

You press in on the clip where I put the red X and pry the connector out.
