My car has now had 3 sets of brakes and 3 sets of tires. I cannot get the brake vibration to go away. Anyone had there hubs go bad?

Were can i get some quality brake rotors that aren't super expensive? Not looking for performance parts really. Just something that I won't have to worry about squealing or warping.
