I guess im wrong... I wanted to drain the radiator of all the coolant and thought you had to completely remove it...Do I need a hex key to unscrew it until coolant comes down or can I do it by hand

Yea I hear it while driving

Recently started hearing a high pitch noise coming from the engine bay. Its not super loud but it is noticable at stop lights and when I pull into the garage. When I take engine cover off it seems to get slightly louder. Sounds like screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen...Lol any ideas
