This thread is for members to add there names to the list of members PLANNING to attend. I have had only a few members contact me for hotel info. Other members are worried this whole thing my be falling apart. Please add your name to the list if you plan to attend and contact me for hotel info. We need to reserve our rooms by May 1st gentlemen. If your a "maybe", please put that after your name.

I do plan on having the Gen2 heatshields developed before then. I just dont know how feasable they will be for the factory intake tube since there is no way to attach a cone filter to the factory tube like the Gen1's. I know I can make one for the K&N Typhoon intake but I believe it already comes with a heatshield. Although, I do not like the design of it. It looks cheap and doesnt completely block off the engine bay. I am going to start a new thread on this tonight or tomoro so lets not fill this thread up talking about it.
 
I intend on coming. Going to knock out a few go fast goodies before I put the car in for the 06 conversion. Should be in for the conversion around the first of May.

Ill say I am going but if its like 10 cars I more then likely wont come.. but at the moment I am going! Probly just sleep in my car :shifty: livin' the college life baby!

I'd really like to attend but I can't guarantee it just yet. Will probably talk to my superiors at the end of the week.

I almost fell asleep in the back of mine when I was laying back there getting the rear deck speakers out. Surprisingly comfortable to fold down the seats put your legs in the trunk and sleep with your head towards the front. Can't say the same if you have a system back there lol.

ilovemyls...I was hoping you would be there. I want to see your Gen2 front end conversion with the Gen1 LSE skirts and rear in person. The pics look amazing!
 
I know of three local LVC LS owners that will be there. Two are members here(MrHowie & LKing). One is a member of another board. jolinc01 is a "maybe" due to work issues. Working on getting even more LS owners to attend. The word is getting out.
 
hite337- yup definitely be there and most likely be buying one of those heatshields from you, so save one for me

I'll make sure I have two sticks of dynamite. Those caliper brackets can be a biznatch to get off. :)


Maybe we can find a big empty parking lot and set up our own time-trial track. put those brakes to the test!
