K&N Intake Deal

MIne went smoothly as well. No complaints. Should I just pull the proverbial trigger? :shifty: :)

Bout to compare these Hid's a few Hopslams in and feeling frisky.

Was told these were man beers 10%+ ABV 'bout 4 in an hour span, and they were enjoyed to the fullest. I wasn't drunk by no means just feelin' it.

There's no fun here in Warsaw, literally everyone went away this weekend and I'm not about to be Steven Glansberg hittin' up Rex's or the Downtown, yes those are the 2 out of the three drinking establishments. If Trine were a city it would be Warsaw. I don't "branch out" well but I've had others tell me that this isn't the city for singles, great for those starting a family. Anyways...I was proactive and did some comparisons between the Morimoto's and the Philip's D2R's. I'm surprised to say the least.

Hell Yeah!! I'm going to talk to him on Monday to see if we can get a better deal with 11 people. I'm shooting for $185 each for 11 people.

That's only 5 more people and I'm sure at that price more would be in. I'll find out Monday. If he doesn't go for the new deal, we'll stick with the $200 each for 5. On Monday I'll also let you guys know how he wants to do the payments. If he wants to do one payment or individual. Just 2 more days :D
 
K&N Filter

Hey guys if you are tight on money as i am you might try doing the modified air box and a K&N filter for about fourty bucks.
I have used there products for years and found that with dino proven results on some modle cars and trucks lets take the gen two with a short air duct and a K&N filter replacement its cheaper to replace just the filter with close to the same results in power and gas milage.
My last test was on a 1998 ford F 150 with and without the complete cold air system resulting in verry minimal gains in HP and fuel gains.
Good luck with the group buy this is just my opinion on vehicles ive tested.

It's not necessarily about being tight on money. It's about getting a good deal on something we want and it also looks good when you pop the hood. There's member here who have modified the air box and have been happy with it. I think some of them also ended up switching to this intake. Lol, you want in?
 
Well now that he mentioned the modified air box i think I'm going to try that route first.





JK I'm looking for a clean install not a hacked air box. If this were my truck I wouldn't care.

I will be placing the order tomorrow. The only person I don't have an order for is "stihlboy" as he was a maybe. I sent him the same info I PM'd everyone else and haven't received a reply yet. I'm not sure if he's been on since I sent the PMs.

Just not a fan of hacking the air box, same reason why I'm nervous of angel eyes.

I'm stoked for this, I've never had one before. I assume this comes with the filter and required oils and what not?
 
It comes with everything that would come in the box from K&N. I know it has the mounting hardware and should come with the filter. At least it does when others have bought it lol.

It needs oil?
 
What's the average cost for the Eibach springs? I'm in contact for a group buy on these also.
