I have been thinking of my options for locking it up. which one did you guys use? Any other options that you looked at? I need to do some shopping so any info would be great.

any 8.8 will work. the only thing you need to worry about are the gears, as long as your not changing the gears you have no differences to worry about

Any 28 spline t-lok will work. 31 spline ones will not work.

okay so any 28 spline 8.8 will work? and what gears would someone recommend for only slight engine upgrades like a corbra intake, air intake and exhaust. I am planning to install a low stall converter as well at some point in the future.

If you are staying all mothor then 4.10's. If you are gonna supercharge then 3.55 or 3.73

What are these things worth? I might be able to get my hands on a 28 spline that came out of a GT with 2.73 gears and it still has the ring gear on it.

Thanks, that lets me know that it ain't worth messing with. The one pictured is $50 on CL. I was just looking to get it for resell.
