Okay when I start my car sometimes it stalls out and sometimes it doesn't if I hold the gas down for a lil if it is trying to stall it wont? New to the mark viii so I would appreciate the help

oh well im sorry here it is.....

To the left, mounted to the back of the throttle body (TPS). The IAC is as hard as you want to make it. I use a long flexible extension and now have my swap out time down to 30 min or less. When I say flexible, I mean one that bends it's way under all the crap on the left and goes right to the bolts. Only hard part is guiding the socket to the bolts but once you get on them, stay on them and don't come off until it's loose. You'll need another IAC gasket too. Some don't come with them.

Well I asked someone and sometimes my throttle sticks and if in park or neutral it revs over 2000 and stays till I shut far off could it be that?

If it were me, I would go ahead and buy a new IAC and TPS and swap both while you're in there. Do the IAC while the TB is off. Makes it a little easier. You'll need another TB gasket and an IAC gasket which are cheap. The IAC can be from $40 to $50 and the TPS is about the same but it should cure all of your idle problems. If you do swap the TPS, don't forget to plug it in before you bolt the TB back down.

well lets get our terminology right first, your idle "hangs" sticking would mean the throttle body is full of gunk and sticks (and you will be able to feel this in the pedal when you leave from a stop sign etc) like pushing the pedal down then it "pops" open

agreed! pull the throttle body, replace both sensors and clean the throttle body while its out

No it doesn't pop it only idles high in park or neutral but I'm gonna do all that when I do it this week as well as new plugs and maybe need the wires

Everybodies advice was right on. As an alternative to give you a better view of it all for your first time you can remove the cowl and get to everything much easier but thats time consuming.

The high idle in park may just be the IAC sticking open or it may be a vac leak. I wouldnt worry about that till you replace the IAC cause when the IACs fail they sometimes stick closed and sometimes stick open. They are filled with gunk from years of running.
