i think its the front as well, it has chrome trim, the rest has black... funny thing is is that pic was taken along time ago as well, haven't had a nice day in WI for months now

Another thing about his words were " HAS NOT BEEN HOT RODDED" but "converted the air ride to stage 1 racing suspension"

So, my guess is that it's been wrecked in the front or ran through a ditch causing him to replace the front end and the suspension, along with the rack. He had a donor car so only he knows.
