Why doesnt the "Quick Quote" work?

Always wondered why that doesnt work for me on this site. On other sites that have this same setup I click on "Quick Quote" and it goes to the quick reply box on the bottom of the thread and I just check the box after typing my reply.
On this site I always redirects me to the standard quote/reply screen. So is it just me or does that function not work on this site?

I gotta ask.....You clicking the right button? The far right button, not the quote button.

Laser, you have to have a cargo net for that function to work on here.

Thats the problem I am having. The right most one should just scroll the screen down to the quick reply box for you to enter your text and then you can click on "reply with quote" and submit. But here it goes to the full reply screen with the smiles and editing tool bars. Its not supposed to do it...... wonder if its an IE issue. Seems like Stangnet had some issues with IE when they switched to this style forum but Mike and Tim got it worked out pretty quickly.
